About Me

Aloha, my name is Jamie. If you found your way to this site it is not by accident. With so much going on in the world it is easy to become overwhelmed causing us stress in our body, mind and spirit. We start looking for answers all around us when we hold the answers inside of us if only we slow down long enough to listen. I have been blessed with the opportunity to help others find their way, through Reiki and Sound healing. I know that I am here to share my innate abilities to all those who may be hurting and need to find their inner light again. When we find this light within us it not only illuminates our being it touches all those around us.
About me, I am a certified Usui and Holy Fire Reiki Master, a certified Sound Healer with IASH (International Academy of Sound healing) and have received my Associate of Occupational Studies in Sound Healing and Therapy from Globe Institute of Sound Healing in S.F. I have been involved with Relay for Life events, offering group and private sound therapy sessions for cancer patients and survivors. I have also worked with clients at Harborside SJ (Holistic care center) offering therapy for clients with PTSD, stress and other emotional and physical limitations. Aside from working with these private groups, I have offered sound meditation sessions for Kaiser employee wellness events and patients with chronic pain over the last 6 years.
