All appointments and classes are prepaid and times are Pacific Standard Times (PST). Please see our policies below before scheduling. Intake questions for all in person appointments will be asked and covid precautions will be taken E.g. temperature taken, and hands sanitized upon entry.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. It's our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will not receive a refund.
Anyone who either forgets to cancel their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” and no refund will be given. If you are more than 15 minutes late for any appointment you automatically forfeit that appointment time and will not be refunded. If you are unable to make your appointment or class due to an emergency then BOL will determine if a refund can be granted.
- Classes Workshops and Private Events We require a minimum of 72 hour cancellation notice for classes workshops and private events. No refunds will be given for any reason if the registration is not cancelled prior to 72 hours. This will allow other students on waiting lists to make arrangements to attend. No exceptions.
- Payment Policy All payments can be made through PayPal, Zelle or Venmo.
- ReservationPolicy Must be 18 or older in order to book an appointment.
